Return Policy

All products purchased from this site carry a 100% money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or a full refund of the product purchase price. If the return is the result of an error made by Hanna's Candle Co., your shipping costs will be refunded. Damage Claims

We take many precautions to assure your order will arrive promptly and safely. But, if the merchandise you received has been lost, damaged, or broken during shipment please call us at 1-877-494-6856 and inform us within 10 days of receipt of your order. We will promptly arrange for you to return the product and send a replacement for the damaged merchandise. All claims must be filed within 10 days.
