Hanna's Candle Co. believes in providing a safe and secure shopping experience for all of our customers. We provide the most stringent of security measures available on the Internet. We want you to feel comfortable that personal information such as your name, address, and credit card number will be kept safe throughout your entire shopping experience at Hanna's Candle Co. Our site provides the reliability and high security you need when making purchases on the internet. All orders placed with Hanna's Candle Co. are protected by SSL certificate.

What is SSL?

SSL is the de facto standard for creating a secure, encrypted link between a Web server and a browser. SSL thus ensures safe passage of sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, passwords, user names, etc. SSL is used by e-commerce Web sites as a means to protect online transactions with their customers. Credit Card Information

Thanks to the Fair Credit Billing Act, you are only liable up to $50.00 if your card is fraudulently charged. If your bank holds you accountable for this $50.00, and the fraud was caused through no fault of your own while placing an order with Hanna's Candle Co. over our secure connection we will reimburse you for this $50.00 charge. Hanna's Candle Co. has made it our policy to not store credit card numbers after a transaction has been completed. Therefore, there is also no incentive for vandals to even attempt to access credit card numbers through Hanna's Candle Co. It is also our policy to never send private information, such as your credit card number, via email. In fact, this is a policy we recommend you adopt in all of your Internet activities.
