Ordering:Ordering is easy! Just select the item you are interested in, enter the quantity you want to order, and press "Add to Cart". Your shopping cart will then be displayed First Time Customers – Enter your city, state, zip and country and press "Get Shipping Rates". You can then select from the list of “Available Shipping Methods”. When you are ready to check out just select your “Method Of Payment” and click "Continue Checkout". Now you will need to enter your shipping and billing addresses (your billing address must match the address on your Credit Card account, and the shipping address may also need to be listed with your credit card account to prevent fraud... see your card issuer’s site for more information),. If both addresses are the same, you can check the box to copy all info from above. When you have entered your address information, and you have checked it for mistakes, you can press “Create Account & Continue Checkout”. Look below for further help with your Method of Payment. Returning Customers – Click the “Login” link at the top of the page. Enter your email address and the password you used when you created the account. And click the “Login” button below the box. Then click the “Shopping Cart” link at the top of the page. You may now select your “Method Of Payment” and click "Continue Checkout". Order By Phone/Mail – We believe in providing a safe and secure shopping experience for all of our customers (see our security policy). However, if you prefer not to order online we would be glad to take your order over the phone or by mail. Call us toll free at 877-494-6856 Mon-Fri 7:00am - 5:00pm CST. Don't have or want a credit card? That's ok too. Just print your shopping basket (with shipping quote) and mail it and your check or money order to: Hanna's Candle Co. Be sure to include your name, shipping street address, city, state, zip code, phone number and email address. Don’t forget that an email address or phone number is required if we need to contact you in a timely fashion. Payment Methods:Credit Cards – Enter your Credit Card information. You must enter the NAME AS IT APPEARS ON YOUR CREDIT CARD, select Visa or MasterCard, enter you credit card number, expiration date and Card Security Code (this code helps prevent fraud. For more information about the CSN click here). Double check this information before clicking “Submit Order". When you submit your order, it may appear as if the server is not responding. The server will actually be processing your credit-card in real time; the next page will load when the order is fully processed. The process normally takes several seconds. If there is an error or if your authorization is rejected, you will see an explanation of the error. You can email or call us for help. When your authorization is approved you will see the confirmation page. On this page is your order number. You should now print a receipt for your records. We will also send you an e-mail order confirmation and receipt. Check By Mail – Please mail a check or money order to: Hanna's Candle Co. When your check is received and cleared, we will send you an e-mail order confirmation and receipt. This may take several days. |
