Q: When will my order ship?

A: Orders normally arrive within 4-8 business days after placing your order. We get very busy before and during special events so keep this in mind when ordering for an upcoming event or holiday. All orders will require a signature for delivery. No packages will be left unattended without your permission. Back to top

Q: What are the shipping costs?

A: We don't charge a handling fee like most sites. We only charge you what our carrier charges us. Shipping costs are quoted based on the weight and destination (zip code) of your order. Shipping can be calculated by adding 3 or 4 items to your shopping cart, entering your zip code, entering your country, and clicking on "Calculate Shipping". This is just a quote, no charges will be incurred until you checkout. Shipping address phone numbers are required by Fed-Ex for residential delivery. Back to top

Q: Can I order without a Credit Card?

A: Yes; If you don't have or want a credit card, that's ok. Just choose "Check by Mail", and fill out your order as normal.  Or you can call our customer service and place your order on the phone.  For more information, see Ordering InformationBack to top

Q: Do I have to order online?

A: We will be glad to take your credit card order over the phone. Call us toll free at 877-352-6353 Mon-Fri 7:00am - 5:00pm CST. Want to order by check or money order?  For more information, see Ordering Information.   Back to top

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship to every country in the world. Be sure to select the "ship to" country in the shopping cart We do require proof of credit card ownership before shipping internationally. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and will be billed by the carrier. Need shipping rates? Back to top

Q. Can I attach a custom message with my gift order?

A: Sure! Just type "Gift Order:" and your message in the notes box before you checkout. The notes box is located just below the area where you enter the shipping address. We will not include the invoice on gift orders. Back to top
